On the launch of the new offerings for the eyes, Clé de Peau beauté taps Joanna Czech, the much sought after celebrity beauty guru and teacher.
Getting “Czeched” is not as easy as it sounds but you can certainly try. Joanna Czech, the celebrated beauty connoisseur, is a magician for faces, as her fingers do wonders for one’s complexion. Clé de Peau Beauté, the highly regarded luxury-skin-care brand, called upon the famed aesthetician to enlighten their devoted consumers, as well as the newcomers, about the brand’s new eye-care collection.
Launching this month, Enhancing Eye Contour Cream Supreme. When you thought their eye creams couldn’t get any better, it just did. This very emollient cream is first of its kind addressing deep wrinkles, sagging and loss of firmness around the eyes. Formulated with ingredients such as Iris Florentina Extract (refined essence), Retinol ACE (addressing wrinkles), Inositol and Rosemary Extract (hyaluronic and elastin production to promote collagen and firmness), Licorice and Tormentilla Extract (to reduce sagging and wrinkles) with the brand’s coveted proprietary composition, Illuminating Complex Ex, it is indeed as good as it promises. And to accompany this new creation, a unique Vitality-Enhancing Eye Mask Supreme was developed to further undertake issues around the eyes. What is different about this eye mask is that it covers the eyelids too if you so desire to cover the entire eye area, as well as the forehead as the muscles there control the lifting of the eyebrows, therefore, sides of the eyes and more.
“As you know I’ve tried every skin care product in the book and As you know I’ve tried every skin care product in the book and on all sorts of reactive skin, even rosacea-prone skin, I have been using Clé de Peau products over the years because they work! It’s been consistently one of the most non-irritating brands that I use on my clients with very sensitive skin,” says Czech. And I would have to agree. Czech also sighted that there is a particular type of humectant in many products from hair products to skincare that is increasingly causing allergic reactions to some of her clients. Being the consummate skin scholar that she is, she reads every box of product ingredients. As for the new eye collection, “I love the old eye cream, but I love the texture of this one as there’s an immediate feeling of hydration right away, it’s very comforting and hydrating. And the mask is so clever as it covers all the muscles responsible for eye movement.”
And just in time for Oscars week in Los Angeles, getting “Czeched” might be an opportunity—maybe. No doubt she is already booked up with major boldface names (just scroll down her Instagram account, @joannaczechofficial) this week. But being that she is one of the most dedicated, hardworking aestheticians I have ever met, who is willing to work way into the night in the name of beauty, you can, maybe, try DM-ing her? Just a thought, because, as we all know, anything can happen in Hollywood.
